Job Description Trial Attorney (Personal Injury)SALARY : Starts at $90k-130k plus bonusResponsibilities : Conduct thorough investigations, gather evidence, and assess the viability of potential claims.Provide legal advice and guidance to clients, explaining their rights and options.Prepare and file legal documents, including complaints, motions, and discovery requests.Negotiate settlements and participate in mediation or arbitration proceedings.Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings.Collaborate with a team of attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure efficient case management.Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and legal trends in the personal injury field.Qualifications : Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the state bar and in good standing with the relevant state's bar association.Minimum 2 to 10 years of experience practicing personal injury law.Strong knowledge of personal injury laws, regulations, and legal procedures.Excellent legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrated dedication to client advocacy and achieving positive results.Must be diligent and positive, able to work in a team atmosphere, self-starter, and eager to learn and advance.Compensation and Benefits : Pay is commensurate with experience with bonus opportunities.Insurance Benefits after 90-day probationary period.MUST have significant law firm experience.Knowledge of Personal Injury is required.Job Type : Full-timeBenefits : Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule : Monday to FridayWeekends as needed#J-18808-Ljbffr
