We are seeking motivated and talented individuals to join our growing team! Keystone Acquisition Services Corporation has been a full-service right-of-way acquisition firm since 2000, and is engaged throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, providing assistance with a variety of projects typically for public benefit and where private property needs to be acquired. The services we typically provide include but are not limited to: plan review, title and settlement services, negotiations with property owners, appraisal scoping and solicitation, appraisal and appraisal review, residential and business relocations, condemnation and litigation support, property management and project management. Keystone is seeking new or experienced right-of-way agents to join our team. This position may require office hours and the ability to attend meetings at project locations, client offices and visits to area courthouses. Depending upon applicant experience and qualifications, employees may be offered opportunities to work remotely or in a hybrid status.
Responsibilities Include:
Negotiations with property owners. Preparation and review of forms and settlement documents. Complete, investigate and review title reports and public records. Assistance with relocation planning, relocation advisory assistance and assessment of relocation benefits. Condemnation document review, preparation and support. Property management and administrative support to management. Plan review and property owner research. Assist appraisal staff and review of appraisal documents.
Qualifications, Skills and Requirements Include:
Valid driver's license
Minimum Education, high school diploma or GED (college education or advanced degree preferred)
Computer literacy and familiarity required with Microsoft Office products, OneDrive, Teams, Adobe and other document and word processing platforms
Preferred experience in real estate, property management, appraisal, title, settlement, law or survey/engineering and document preparation and document review.
Must be an effective communicator and problem solver that is able to multi-task, work independently and with team members.
Certifications; prefer notary, real estate license and/or appraisal license
