Benefits Administrator
Job Summary :
The Benefits Administrator will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Group Benefits team, specifically focusing on employee benefits administration. This role involves managing communication, documentation, and data entry related to employee benefits programs while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Responsibilities :
Administrative Support :
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
- Maintain and update employee benefits records and databases.
- Prepare and distribute benefit enrollment materials and communication.
- Compare and review monthly benefits invoices to ensure billing accuracy.
