Keystone Associates Architects, Engineers and Surveyors, LLC (Keystone) is a multi-disciplined design firm headquartered in Binghamton, New York, with branch offices in Cortland and Monticello, New York. For over 30 years, we have been dedicated to delivering professional services across upstate New York and northeastern Pennsylvania.
We are currently looking for a licensed Civil Engineer with at least 10 years of experience in design and project management to lead our Civil Engineering Department.
Primary Duties:
- Oversee a team of 10 Engineers.
- Manage work distribution, project schedules, and project budgets.
- Review technical designs.
- Communicate with clients and other departments within the firm.
- Respond to project inquiries and requests for proposals.
- Work in collaboration with accounting to prepare invoices for civil design projects as required.
- QA/QC policy and review.
