Responsibilities:
General Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the branch, including the opening and closing procedures, cash management and compliance with procedures, policies and regulations.
- Monitor branch performance metrics and take corrective action as needed to obtain goals.
- Assist with conducting regular department meetings to communicate performance expectations, new procedures and bank updates.
- Handle customer escalations to ensure all inquiries and concerns are handled appropriately and customer satisfaction is achieved.
- Review and sign cashier checks, wires, check hold releases and other transactions requiring management approval within assigned authority limits.
- Keep current on all bank required training and stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and updates to banking products and services.
- Adhere to all bank procedures and policies.
- Assist with creating and revising department procedures and policies.
- Assist with identifying and improving department efficiencies by providing suggestions to management and assisting with department projects.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and professional growth, and address performance issues through coaching and performance management processes.
- Assist with creating and executing training processes for new and existing employees.
- Manage branch scheduling to ensure branch coverage at assigned branch location
- Uphold the highest standards of customer service, professionalism, and integrity with all customers and colleagues.

Teller Responsibilities:
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and account transfers.
- Handle cash transactions, ensuring proper balancing and adherence to cash handling procedures.
- Provide customers with account balances, transaction histories, and other account-related information.
- Assist customers with routine inquiries and requests, such as check cashing and issuing cashier's checks through all communication channels.
- Verify customer identity and authenticate transactions to prevent fraud and ensure security.
- Participate in branch opening and closing rotation schedule
- Balance Vault and ATM, adhering to appropriate procedures
- Account Services Responsibilities:
- Open and close accounts, including checking, savings, and certificates of deposit, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Identify and recommend appropriate banking products and services to meet customers' financial goals and needs.
- Collaborate with other departments within the bank to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless banking experience.
