- Be legally blind, defined as 20/200 best corrected visual acuity or less than 20 degree visual field
- Have specific vision abilities, including close vision and/or peripheral vision with the ability to adjust focus
- Have attention to detail and quality control experience
- Be able to lift between 20-30 lbs
