READ CAREFULLY BEFORE APPLYING: Janitorial/Custodial Foreman needed. 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8AM-4PM. Must have reliable transportation. Position to include but not limited to emergencies, on-call weekends and holidays, janitorial experience, quality assurance reviews, participate in training sessions, assure compliance with contract specifications, prepare and post work schedules- ensuring all shifts are covered including call-outs, ensure inventory of supplies available on site at all times, work closely with contractors and vendors. Applicant must have a strong background as a supervisor or manager with excellent organization and computer knowledge.
