- Assess patients' conditions and develop individualized plans of care
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide seamless care transitions
- Utilize critical thinking skills to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment
- Perform patient care duties, including medication administration, IV therapy, and EKG monitoring
Requirements
- Current PA RN License
- ACLS and PALS certification preferred
- 6 months of professional nursing experience, with at least 1 year of ED or med-surg/tele experience
