- Develop and implement individualized plans of care based on patients' needs
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
- Perform routine tasks, such as medication administration and vital sign checks, while maintaining a focus on high-acuity patients
Qualifications
- Current PA RN License
- CEN or ATCN certification preferred
- At least 6 months of professional nursing experience, with at least 1 year of ED or med-surg/tele experience
