Job Summary: Keystone Compliance is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced accountant. The accountant will be responsible for overseeing revenue recognition, expense payments, payroll and maintaining the company's accounting system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Management:
- Manage all accounting operations including billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, time reporting, revenue recognition, and job profitability.
- Pay all vendor bills promptly and accurately.
- Distribute timely financial statements for internal and external audiences.
- Assist senior management with budgeting and strategic planning.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of three years of experience with SAP.
- Experience with QuickBooks online is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Advanced experience with Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
