We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. Duties
- Manage all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, HeavyBid, Prolog, and Bluebeam for project tracking and documentation.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
- Prepare and review construction estimates using Civil 3D and other estimating tools.
- Implement safety protocols on-site to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Facilitate effective communication among team members, clients, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee project coordination efforts to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in construction management software including ProCore, HeavyBid, Prolog, Bluebeam, and Civil 3D.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances on-site.
- A degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
