Key Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent analytical and mathematical skills, with the ability to perform precise calculations. You should have strong knowledge of land surveying principles and practices, as well as construction methods and fundamentals. Your proficiency in Auto CAD and Microsoft applications will also be beneficial.
You will require excellent leadership and team management abilities, enabling you to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Strong client service skills are essential, as well as the ability to interpret and apply legal descriptions, maps, and survey data. A willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions and terrains is also necessary.
A minimum of six years' experience in land surveying is required, with at least three years' experience in managing projects. Experience in leading field crews and managing survey projects is highly desirable. A valid driver's license with a good driving record is also necessary. You should be able to travel to various customer sites in the Lehigh Valley and surrounding areas.
