Position Overview : The purpose of this position is to coordinate LP leak check appointments via phone contact with LP customers, for LP Safety Technicians. Â

Duties and Responsibilities : Â
 Include but are not limited to Â
Schedule customer appointments and reminder notifications Â
Handle incoming calls in timely and professional manner Â
Communicate important information to safety technicians Â
Process electronic files to customer accounts Â
Submit documentation to appropriate sources Â
Â
Skills and Qualifications : Â
Strong verbal and written , communication skills Â
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite Â
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work well within strict time frames Â
Detail oriented with the ability to process work accurately with minimal errors Â
Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously with limited supervision Â
The ability to schedule appointments efficiently for the technician Â
Work well in a team environment Â
Strong conflict resolution skills Â

High school diploma or equivalent Â
