Summary

We’re looking for a Marketing Data Analyst to join our team! This person is fueled by data-driven problem solving! They should understand how systems could interconnect to integrate data between platforms and can help eliminate marketing & technology silos to improve customer engagement.

Overview

• Plan, oversee, analyze, and report on PPC campaigns
• Google Ads & Tag Manager
• Meta Business Manager
• SEO Strategy
• CRM list segmentation for workflows and email marketing
• Manage 3 rd party advertising (Zillow, Realtor.com, etc.), including AB testing copy and creative
• Perform regular reporting on digital advertising & implement changes
• Run and maintain weekly/monthly/quarterly marketing reports
• Oversee marketing intelligence and provide actionable insights
• Involvement in website CMS to manage feed exports
• Understand and adopt the KCH brand standards and implement throughout all marketing efforts
  
  

Skills & Qualifications

• 3-5 years relevant experience
• Salesforce and HubSpot experience (data management and organization)
• Proficient in Google Data Studio/Looker Reporting (creating custom reports from multiple data sources)
• SEMrush or equivalent experience
• Familiar with PowerBI preferred but not required
• Experience with Zapier preferred but not required
• Experience with SQL preferred but not required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical, problem solver, & lifelong learner
