Position Overview
The Project Manager plays a vital role in supporting the CEO and the broader team in coordinating and managing various projects across departments for Keystone Custom Homes, HOPE International, and Homes for HOPE. This position requires a highly organized, self-motivated, and flexible individual who can adapt to evolving project requirements. The Project Coordinator works closely with different teams, including Marketing, Land, and HOPE International staff, to execute projects efficiently. Projects include planning HOPE Experience trips, coordinating continuing education classes for real estate agents, and assisting in fundraising efforts. This role also involves drafting correspondence, researching solutions to problems, and managing communication with stakeholders.
- Coordinate and manage continuing education classes for real estate agents in Keystone model homes.
- Draft emails and other written communication for internal and external stakeholders.
- Research and develop solutions for issues that arise in various departments.
- Plan and coordinate HOPE Experience trips for Keystone employees and vendors as needed.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Land teams to support various projects and initiatives.
- Connect with HOPE staff to assist the CEO in his fundraising efforts and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage on-going initiatives with Homes for HOPE
- Maintain clear and effective communication with team members to ensure project timelines are met.
- Track and maintain records using Microsoft Suite and other digital tools to ensure all project-related data is accurately documented.
- Provide support on ad-hoc projects and tasks, depending on business needs and the project at hand.
- High School Diploma/GED or Associate’s Degree.
- Previous experience in coordinating large-scale projects or programs, ideally at an executive or business-wide level
- Proven technical capabilities in Microsoft Suite, Adobe Suite, data management, project management, and in-person and virtual correspondence
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
- Strong relationship management skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
- Flexibility in managing shifting priorities and changing project needs.
- Ability to handle sensitive issues and adapt to a wide range of personalities.

Salary : $80,000
