We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Client Relationship Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and driving business growth through excellent client service.
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee the implementation and onboarding of new customers, ensuring a seamless transition.
· Maintain and build strong relationships with existing clients to drive retention and satisfaction.
· Coordinate and conduct quarterly business review meetings with clients to assess performance and opportunities.
· Actively market and promote KDL products and services to existing and potential customers.
· Ensure overall customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing solutions proactively.
· Keep clients informed about industry updates and trends that may impact their business.
· Serve as the primary escalation contact for any customer support issues and needs.
· Review and approve weekly customer invoicing to ensure accuracy and compliance.
· Travel as needed to attend customer review meetings and strengthen relationships.
· Participate in a rotating "On Call" schedule to handle customer requests outside of regular business hours.
OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED

· Plans and prioritizes assignments. Can simultaneously work on several tasks. Manages own workload. Will seek help as needed.

Experience Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Office products with a strong emphasis on Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
