Job Summary:
Keystone Drill Services is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the operations of all three branch locations. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and process improvement skills to ensure efficiency, safety, and profitability across the company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating operations, managing teams, and aligning branch activities with overall business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Multi-Branch Operations Management:
· Oversee daily operations across all three branches, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and adherence to company policies.
· Develop and implement strategies to improve operational performance and customer satisfaction at each location.
· Standardize procedures and best practices across branches to drive uniformity and efficiency.
Leadership & Team Development:
· Lead, mentor, and support branch managers and their teams to achieve operational goals.
· Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
· Ensure adequate staffing, training, and development programs for employees at all locations.
Inventory & Supply Chain Management:
· Manage inventory levels and procurement processes to ensure branches have the necessary equipment and parts.
· Work with vendors and suppliers to negotiate pricing and maintain cost efficiency.
· Optimize logistics and distribution to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
Safety & Compliance:
- Enforce company and industry safety regulations at all locations, ensuring a safe working environment.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and address potential risks.
- Ensure all employees adhere to safety protocols and receive proper training.
Financial & Budget Management:
- Monitor branch budgets, expenses, and profitability, identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Analyze financial reports and operational data to make informed decisions.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop financial strategies that support company growth.
Customer & Vendor Relations:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high-quality service across all locations.
- Address and resolve customer concerns efficiently to maintain client satisfaction.
- Work closely with vendors and suppliers to maintain a reliable supply chain.
Process Improvement & Reporting:
- Continuously evaluate operational processes to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to leadership.
- Ensure each branch aligns with company goals and objectives.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the drilling or heavy equipment industry.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing multiple locations.
- Ability to manage logistics, inventory, and supply chain operations efficiently.
- Knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (preferred).

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
