We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to oversee underground utility pipe installation on various project sites. The Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating tasks, supervising crews, and collaborating with project managers to achieve project goals.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily operations on the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate project scheduling and resource allocation to meet deadlines effectively.
- Oversee quality control measures to ensure that all work meets industry standards and client expectations.
- Communicate effectively with team members, subcontractors, suppliers and clients regarding project progress and any issues that arise.
- Conduct regular inspections of the site to ensure proper workflow and adherence to safety protocols.
- Provide training and guidance to crew members to enhance skills and efficiency on the job.
