Position Details
- Full-time 40 hours per week
- No weekends or holidays
- Scheduling patients through multiple channels, including phone, Solution Reach, and email.
- Rescheduling appointments as needed.
- Scheduling incoming referrals.
- Assisting with mailings and other projects as call volume permits. *
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Ability to read/write and speak Spanish fluently is required.
- Previous healthcare or dental office experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience with telephones and computers.
- Ability to work well with and relate to the client population.
- Consistently provide excellent customer service.
- Ability to work as a team member and communicate effectively with co-workers and management.
- Basic typing/filing skills and familiarity with various types of office equipment, including copiers and fax machines.
