Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)Keystone Health is excited to welcome a full-time LPN to our dynamic team at our Family Medicine Practice! As a growing Community Health Center, we are dedicated to enhancing the wellness of our community.Position Details :
- Full-time (40 hours per week)
- Four 10-hour shifts per week
- No weekends or holidaysResponsibilities :
- Handle phone calls and requests for medical records for new patients
- Track referrals, lab results, and diagnoses
- Authorize medications as needed
- Provide support to other nurses as required
- Multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environmentQualifications :
- Current PA LPN license
- Current CPR / BLS certification
- Previous office nursing experience and knowledge of electronic medical records preferred
- Spanish-speaking skills are a plus but not requiredWhy Join Us?
