What are the responsibilities and job description for the Grants Administrator position at Keystone Human Services?

This is a hybrid position, with scheduled in-office days (at minimum, once per month in corporate office in Harrisburg, PA) and remote work flexibility.
The Grants Administrator provides oversight of KHS's grants throughout the entire grant cycle, ensuring compliance with organizational and funder requirements, and the successful implementation of projects aimed at maximizing the impact of grant funding on the communities served. This position collaborates closely with project teams, Finance departments, and external partners to ensure adherence to grant agreements, budgetary guidelines, and project deliverables. The Grants Administrator is responsible for maintaining accurate records, monitoring financial transactions, and facilitating communication between various stakeholders to optimize grant management processes. This position also serves as a support to KHS global teams in the administration and management of local grant awards.
POSITION SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES, include but not limited to -
- Oversee the administration of federal and non-federal grant awards.
- Oversee proposal development and submission to grantors and coordinate any requested changes or special condition requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all grant agreements, regulations, and reporting requirements.
- Maintain detailed records of grant-related activities, expenditures, and documentation.
- Monitor project activities to ensure alignment with grant objectives and deliverables.
- Prepare and submit timely reports to donors and stakeholders as per grant agreements.
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments to identify and address compliance issues.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop strategies for mitigating risks and maximizing grant impact.
