Keystone Human Services is currently seeking a full time Behavioral Health Professional to join our team of professionals in making a positive difference in the lives of our neighbors and the community.
The Behavioral Health Professional is responsible to for comprehensive assessments of individuals supported, functional analyses of behavior, and the collection and monitoring of treatment data. This position provides direct clinical oversight and consultation to assigned programs.

- Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, Counseling, Social Work, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis or Gerontology
- Board certification as a Behavior Analyst or licensure as a Psychologist will serve as evidence of meeting the requirement for the master’s degree
- Minimum of 1 year postgraduate experience in the behavioral treatment of individuals with intellectual or other developmental disabilities
- Able to respond effectively in high stress/critical situations
- Intermediate computer skills, ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and learn web-based systems
- Valid driver’s license and access to properly insured vehicle
- Successful completion of pre-employment process, including Criminal History, MVR, Child Abuse and FBI clearances
