Mental Health - Direct Support - Supported Living

Keystone Mental Health Services is currently seeking Direct Support Professionals to join our team in making a positive difference in the lives of our neighbors and the community.

The Work:

• Provide quality supports to adults with mental illness in a residential home or apartment based setting
• Assist individuals to become more independent, allowing each person in our services to take a lead role in their own rehabilitation process
• Provide personal care, administer medications, and mentor individuals following their treatment and support plans
• Assist with cooking, cleaning, and other household responsibilities
• Plan meaningful recreational activities and take individuals into the community and to appointments as needed
• Complete daily documentation as required

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to learn and apply proficient computer skills, including the use of software and other web based systems
• Effective written and verbal communication skills; ability to read, interpret and apply policies and regulations
• Valid driver's license and have daily access to a properly insured vehicle
• Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including motor vehicle record and criminal background checks
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in the human services or mental health field
