What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Director position at Keystone Human Services?
Key Human Services, Inc. is seeking a full time Program Director to join our team of professionals in making a positive difference in the lives of our neighbors and the community.
Responsibilities Include :
- Create a healthy, engaging, typical home for people with intellectual disabilities
- Supervise all aspects of program operations including the physical site, staff, and individuals supported
- Ensure health, safety, and welfare needs are met through fire drills, medication checks, staff training, cleanliness of home, doctor appointments, etc.
- Assist with development and implementation of Individual Support Plans to meet the needs of individuals supported
- Support individuals to become independent, make decisions, and live a meaningful dignified life with valued social roles (ex : friend, neighbor, student, employee)
- Manage and mentor program staff including scheduling, timesheets, performance evaluations, and training
- Ensure high quality services are provided and consistent with all licensing, federal, state, and local regulations
- Provide administrative support and direct care support weekly to include on-call responsibilities
