Keystone Human Services is currently seeking a casual/per diem Receptionist to join our team of professionals in making a positive difference in the lives of our neighbors and the community.
The Receptionist is responsible for providing internal and external clients with a positive and professional first impression that directly reflects Keystone’s mission and vision, and commitment to quality service. This position also provides ad-hoc clerical and administrative support to the various administrative departments within the designated office.

The Work:
- Answers all incoming calls courteously and professionally and responds and directs appropriately
- Welcomes all guests courteously and professionally and responds and directs appropriately
- Responsible for opening/closing office and maintaining reception area
- Sorts incoming mail accurately and in a timely manner
- Composes and types memos, letters and other correspondence as required
- Orders office supplies
- Filing, data entry, and other administrative duties as assigned

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Efficient and effective receptionist/clerical skills
- Demonstrated reliability and punctuality
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with people at various levels of the organization
- Excellent communication and grammar skills along with a proficient business acumen
- Advanced proficiency using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including motor vehicle record and criminal background checks
