Key Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls and website inquiries from potential clients actively seeking insurance.
- Assess clients’ personal insurance needs and recommend tailored coverage solutions.
- Present and explain insurance policies, ensuring clients understand their options and benefits.
- Provide quotes, process applications, and assist with policy changes or renewals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of personal lines insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Follow up on leads, referrals, and renewals to maximize retention and sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with underwriters and carriers to ensure seamless policy issuance.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in insurance sales, preferably in personal lines (home, auto, renters, etc.).
- Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to sales.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
