This company will invest in you if you invest in us.
The person being hired will be the right-hand wo/man to our CEO/Lead Investigator and investigative team. This position is for someone who takes ownership in their work, pride in their role within a company and actively works to have a positive impact on the customers they serve. We are seeking someone who brings their A-game to work and who faces challenges head-on. You are expected to be highly organized and detail oriented. Everything we do has legal implications so following proven systems of operation is essential. We are top experts in our industry and have a high standard for our work, and our clients expect professional and personal customer service.
Once up to speed, you will be expected to work efficiently and collaboratively. We are often a fast-paced office but our work is interesting and engaging, and you’ll see your direct impact on the clients we serve. The best candidate will learn the general responsibilities of our CEO/Lead Investigator and stay one step ahead to keep us on track by monitoring deadlines, ensure tasks are completed timely and correctly, and check that anything going out to clients is accurate and complete.

The CEO/Lead Investigator whom you will work directly with will provide mentorship and opportunities for professional growth (increase in job responsibilities, access to training programs, opportunities to be involved in exciting or high-profile cases, etc.)
We offer employee reviews, which allow for a two-way conversation on roles and goals. This is a company that really does care about their employees, their career growth and happiness. Employees are rewarded in ways that are meaningful to them: gift cards, additional time off, flexible schedules, bonuses and special rewards such as meals or event tickets.
