Staining and Color Specialist

Keystone Kitchens INC is seeking a skilled Cabinetry Staining & Color Specialist to join our team. We specialize in high-end cabinetry and millwork, delivering exceptional craftsmanship to our clients. If you have an expert eye for stain application, wood finishing, and color theory, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Apply high-quality stains and finishes to custom cabinetry and millwork.
• Mix, match, and adjust stains to achieve custom colors based on client preferences.
• Assess different wood species and adjust techniques for optimal absorption and consistency.
• Perform hand and spray applications of stains, sealers, and topcoats.
• Ensure color uniformity and quality control throughout the finishing process.
• Work closely with designers and clients to bring their vision to life.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while following safety protocols.

Requirements:

✔ Proven experience in staining high-end cabinetry or fine woodwork.
✔ Expertise in color theory and stain matching for luxury finishes.
✔ Skilled in both hand and spray staining techniques.
✔ Attention to detail with a strong focus on quality and consistency.
✔ Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
✔ Knowledge of different wood species and their finishing characteristics.
✔ Strong problem-solving skills when adjusting stains and finishes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
