What are the responsibilities and job description for the File Clerk position at Keystone Law Firm?
Our law firm is looking to find our newest file clerk. We are looking for someone full-time who can work from our office during our regular business hours. This position provides administrative and clerical support to our attorneys and case managers.
Our owner made a commitment when starting this firm in 2007 never to become "one of those lawyers" (and you KNOW what we mean). We love helping our clients, and your role will help our case managers, attorneys, and clients feel reassured that we truly want the best for them! Our law firm culture is a little weird. We believe that clients deserve a law firm who doesn't talk down to them, treats them with respect, and helps them to understand.
Arizona Capitol Times, Best Companies Group, and BestCompaniesAZ announced that Keystone Law Firm has earned a spot on the 10th annual list of 2022 Top Companies to Work for in Arizona. Keystone Law Firm has been ranked one of the fastest growing law firms in Arizona. Our team members regularly say we are a collaborative, casual, passionate, and personally responsible bunch. You need to be able to thrive in an ever-changing environment as we continue to serve our clients. Expect heavy computer use and digital file maintenance. We are also a non-smoking office.
