The Client Relations Specialist will be part of the Client Relations team, which is part of our Marketing & Business Development group, and report to the Director of Marketing.

Location
Position can be either fully remote or hybrid with 2 days per week in the office
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for intake of potential clients: answer, direct and screen incoming potential client calls; consistently monitor and respond to online inquiries; assess and qualify leads; and input tracking of leads into CRM system
- Assist attorneys in collecting appropriate documentation to qualify leads
- Schedule calls with qualified leads and supervising attorneys
- Perform follow up communications with qualified leads
- Run conflict checks for potential clients through CRM system and firm’s other databases
- Help develop and maintain Dynamics and process documentation
- Assist with tasks and projects in Marketing & Business Development, as assigned
Qualifications
- Must have a professional, pleasant and outgoing personality and demeanor
- Ability to maintain professional phone etiquette
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and stay focused while maintaining a high degree of accuracy with repetitive tasks
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
- Must possess extreme attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced office environment
- Extremely technologically savvy and able to pick up and utilize new software
- Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft and Adobe Acrobat
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience performing intake at a law firm strongly preferred
- Spanish speaking a plus
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics a plus
Salary Range
- $24.04-$31.25 per hour (equivalent to $50,000-$65,000 annually), depending on experience, plus discretionary bonus
