- Oversee the daily operations of residential and commercial properties.- Manage tenant relations, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.- Ensure properties are well-maintained through regular inspections and coordinated maintenance.- Prepare and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and optimize revenue streams.- Implement marketing strategies to maximize occupancy rates and minimize turnover.- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.- Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and service providers for property maintenance and improvements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Property Manager or similar role in property management.- Strong knowledge of property management regulations and laws.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective tenant engagement.- Ability to multitask and manage multiple properties and tasks efficiently.- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.- Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field preferred.
