What are the responsibilities and job description for the Memory Care Coordinator position at Keystone Place at Bonita Springs?
The Programming Coordinator is responsible for the general well-being of residents in the Memory Care. Duties to include assisting in the coordination of the move-ins of new Memory Care residents, monitoring and updating service plans, overseeing care giving staff, scheduling, orientation, facilitating family involvement and other tasks related to the operation of the Memory Care neighborhood.
