Keystone Health is seeking a full-time Bilingual Clinical Nurse Manager to join the team.
This position is located in Gardners, PA.
Oversees the clinical portion of the office and clinical staff (RNs, MAs, and LPNs) for the Statewide Agricultural Worker Program, while assuring quality patient care in accordance with Keystone Health’s (KH) mission. Works in collaboration with the Medical Director (Clinical), the Agricultural Worker Program Director (Administrative), and the Outreach Coordinators to ensure operational success of outreach activities and clinic-based activities. Serves as a role model in attitude, attendance, behavior, professional appearance, communication, and interactions with other employees and patients.
Qualifications : Graduate of an accredited RN program.
Prefer 2 years of experience in Primary Care and / or Community Health Work.
Knowledge of and the ability to provide services in a manner appropriate to the culture of the farmworker community.
Licenses and Certifications : Current Pennsylvania RN nursing license. Current CPR certification. Current PA Driver’s license.
Ability to read, write and speak English and Spanish proficiently is required.
