Bilingual Front Office Staff
Monday – Friday
Full Time (40 hours per week)
No weekends or holidays
Are you detail oriented? Do you excel with time management? Do you value being a team player? If so, then you are the perfect candidate for the Bilingual Front Office Staff position.
Candidate will be responsible for greeting patients and visitors, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, updating demographics, record keeping, collecting payments, checking patients in and out for appointments, providing coverage for the phone / scheduling line as needed, and assisting the rest of the team in expediting patient care whenever possible.
Must be willing to accept challenges in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications : High school graduate or GED equivalency required. One to three years related experience in medical office setting. Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.
