DIRECTOR OF PRACTICE SERVICES

Keystone Health, a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Chambersburg, PA, is seeking a Practice Director for its busy Family Medicine practice. This person will oversee the daily operations of the office, clinical staff, and office personnel, ensuring quality patient care in accordance with Keystone Health's mission. Serves as a role model in attitude, attendance, behavior, professional appearance and in communication and interactions with other employees and patients. Demonstrates confidence in decision making, flexibility and responsiveness to changing demands, and the ability to prioritize to meet operational and other needs.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse program; BSN preferred. Experience in office nursing and management desired. Experience in quality management and accreditation programs desired.
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES AND REGISTRATIONS: Current CPR certification and Pennsylvania RN license.
