Front Office Staff – Part-Time (30 hours weekly)
Keystone Urgent Care is a fast-paced health center seeking Front Office Staff to join our team and help improve the wellness of our neighbors.
Our Urgent Care is open 7 days a week Sunday – Saturday and closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Responsible for performing all duties associated in the front office which include but are not limited to the following duties: check in/out, verifying insurance, collecting copays, ensuring forms are filled out, and answering phones and directing calls as needed. Our ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, a strong ability to multi-task, and work a flexible schedule.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
Previous medical office setting experience strongly preferred.
Spanish-speaking skills are a plus.
