Patient Access Representative
Full-Time
Weekends and holidays off!
Keystone Patient Access Center is seeking an individual who is a team player with a desire and willingness to learn!
Responsibilities include taking phone calls on the third ring, determining the reason for the contact, providing information, and directing the caller to the right individuals or department. Assists patients and their requirements by scheduling through many channels, including but not limited to phone, Solution Reach, and EMR. Rescheduling appointments as necessary, booking incoming referrals, and assisting with mailings and other projects as call volume allows.
Applicant must be able to work in a fast-paced office setting and have excellent customer service skills.
Qualifications : High school diploma or GED required. Experience working in a healthcare setting highly preferred. Experience with telephones and computers.
Spanish speaking is always a plus.
