Service Advisor – Customer Service Call Center
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with dealers regarding warranty repairs & labor approvals
- Providing excellent technical assistance on repairing recreational vehicles
- Works effectively with dealers in coordinating and fulfilling warranty requirements
- Works in a team to assure outstanding service to all customers
- Confidently communicates with customers and dealers regarding RV functionality
- Communicates with professionalism to assure the highest level of customer satisfaction
