Established in 1973, Keystone Sales & Associates (KSA) is the premier manufacturers’ representative for plumbing, heating, ventilation and air condition (PHVAC) products in the Mid-Atlantic region. Headquartered in Pottstown, PA, the company is experiencing rapid growth and expansion by offering a large selection of related products from a single source. As a value-added supplier, KSA provides distributors and contractors with customer support and hands-on technical training through its professional development arm, Keystone University.
We’re looking for a Territory Manager to work within the Baltimore/ Annapolis area territory. As a critical member of the team, you will be responsible for developing new business relationships and generating sales while working directly with our HVAC vendors, consulting engineers, and end users.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
• Calls and visits customers regularly and prospects to generate sales growth and develop customer relationships
• Establishes positive relationships with current customer base to maintain & grow the business
• Deliver value by forging new strategic relationship
• Develops a strategic plan for growing the territory and forecasts sales by customer and product category,
• Communicates timely with clients
• Attends trade shows and conventions and represents Keystone in a professional manner.
• Educate prospects and customers on the value added features and benefits of our vendor’s products and our customer service commitment.
• Grow your knowledge of HVAC products in a team-based culture
Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):
Minimum
• Prior experience in HVAC preferred
• Prior sales experience a plus
• A competitive drive
• Demonstrated ability to develop relationships and gain referrals
• Four-year college degree preferred but not required if necessary experience
• Ability to learn and retain product-specific information as it pertains to products
• Ability to work as a team player while working autonomously within a defined region
• Strong interpersonal, oral, communication, organizational, and planning skills
