Position Summary:
We’re looking for motivated General Laborers to join our crew. You’ll be working hands-on in the field — helping install water, sewer, and storm utilities, performing trench and grade work, assisting operators, and keeping jobsites clean, safe, and productive.

What You’ll Do:
- Assist in utility installation (water, sewer, storm)
- Perform general site work including trenching, backfilling, grading, and compacting
- Use hand and power tools
- Help set up and break down job sites
- Work alongside operators, pipe layers, and foremen
- Follow safety protocols and keep the site organized
- Be willing to learn — and work hard
What We’re Looking For:
- No experience necessary — just a strong work ethic and good attitude
- Ability to show up on time and ready to go
- Comfortable working outdoors in all conditions
- Physically fit — able to lift 50 lbs and stay active
- Must have reliable transportation
- Bonus points if you have a valid driver’s license or any construction experience
