Pipe Layer/Foreman

Keystone SiteWorks is growing fast and we’re looking for pipe crew members. Whether you’re a young laborer looking to get into the trade or a seasoned foreman who can run a crew and hit grade blindfolded (please don’t), we want to hear from you.

We specialize in commercial utility installation — storm water, water mains, sanitary sewer and site work. We are a small excavation company looking to expand and grow in the near future, and are looking for people who want to hop on for the ride.

Positions Available:

• Pipe Layer (Entry-Level to Experienced)
• Pipe Crew Foreman (Experienced Lead Role)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Installing storm, water, and sanitary sewer pipe systems
• Reading and interpreting site plans and utility drawings
• Setting and checking grade using laser and GPS
• Operating trenching and compaction tools
• Assisting with backfill, bedding, and pipe testing
• Operating or being in proximity of heavy machinery (Loader, Skid Steer, Excavator)
• Leading and managing a pipe crew (Foreman position)
• Communicating with site supervisors and contractors
• Keeping safety and productivity a top priority

Who We’re Looking For:
For Pipe Layers:

• Eager to learn, work hard, and keep a positive attitude.
• Ability to follow direction and ask questions
• Some construction or excavation experience a plus, but not required
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic

For Foremen:

• 3 years experience running a pipe crew
• Ability to read blueprints, lay out utilities, and manage manpower
• Strong leadership, communication, and grading knowledge
• Familiar with OSHA safety practices and scheduling

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.50 - $24.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
