About the role
As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s digital marketing strategy, ensuring that our online presence is optimized for engagement, lead generation, and brand authority. You will oversee the website, digital campaigns, SEO, content distribution, and performance analytics. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Google Analytics, HubSpot, account-based marketing (ABM), and digital campaign management.
Key Responsibilities:
Website & Digital Marketing Management
- Manage and optimize the Keystone website, ensuring a seamless user experience, high engagement, and conversion performance.
- Oversee website updates, A/B testing, landing page optimization, and content enhancements to drive lead generation.
- Implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
Digital Campaign Management & ABM
- Develop and execute account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives targeting key enterprise customers.
- Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns (email, paid media, retargeting, and social).
- Manage HubSpot automation and email marketing to nurture leads and customers
- Work closely with the sales team to align digital marketing with demand generation and pipeline growth.
Content Strategy & Analytics
- Develop and execute a newsletter strategy, ensuring consistent and valuable communication with our audience.
- Collaborate with content writers and designers to publish engaging blog posts, case studies, and whitepapers.
- Own the publishing and distribution strategy across all digital channels.
- Web Analytics & Performance Tracking
- Own and manage Google Analytics and other analytics platforms to track, analyze, and report on website and campaign performance.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize user engagement, conversion rates, and marketing ROI.
- Create performance dashboards and reports to track KPIs across all digital marketing efforts.
Social Media & Community Engagement
- Oversee social media strategy and publishing, ensuring consistent and high-quality content across LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant platforms.
- Track engagement metrics and optimize social content to grow our online community.
- Work with influencers, partners, and stakeholders to amplify Keystone’s presence in the AI and tech ecosystem.
Requirements
- San Francisco Bay Area or Seattle preferred. Will consider other markets for the right candidate.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field or the equivalent in years of service.
- MBA or Masters in related field preferred
- Experience: 7 years of experience in digital marketing, integrated marketing, product marketing, campaign management or related field.
- Experience in AI, SaaS, or B2B enterprise marketing strongly preferred
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, HubSpot or similar MAP, ABM tools, and digital campaign platforms.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices, web performance optimization, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Experience managing email marketing and marketing automation workflows.
- Proficiency in paid media (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, retargeting campaigns, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing performance tracking and reporting.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate across teams (sales, product, content) and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
US Salary Range:
- $90,000- $150,000, plus an annual discretionary bonus, 401k contribution, and competitive benefits package. Actual compensation within the range will depend upon the level the individual is hired into based on their skills, experience, qualifications.
