What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pipeline Project Lead position at KEYSTONE SURVEYING & MAPPING, INC.?
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Assist the Pipeline Project Manager as needed with prioritizing and managing projects
· Act as the initial contact for Engineers and Technicians as design questions/issues arise
· Provide Engineers and Technicians with project design revisions as well as design recommendations as needed
· Coordinate on a regular basis with the Project Manager, Engineers, and Engineering Tech’s
· Conduct a preliminary design review prior to submission to the CAD Manager for production drawings
· Ensure the final work product submitted to the Project Manager reflects KSM and client design standards
· Perform QA/QC on projects prior to submission to the Project Manager
· Provide training to new Engineers and Engineering Technicians
· Strategize and manage project timelines
· Assist in ensuring all client deadlines are met
· Perform project field visits, as required
· Responsible for other duties as assigned
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
· Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Engineering Technology required
· EIT Certificate required
· Candidate must have at least 3 years of relevant experience
· Experience in the public utility market sector a plus
· Must be self-sufficient and require minimal supervision
· Ability to interact positively and professionally with other employees, as well as clients and industry professionals
· Must show strong leaderships skills and the ability to manage and set priorities
· Strong technical, communication, and verbal skills
· Ability to work on multiple projects in various stages simultaneously
· Must have a working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
· Must have good math, communication, and organization skills
Physical Requirements:
· Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards
· Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
· Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

· Must possess a medium level of computer operational skills

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
