We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to join our team. The
ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data
analytics and reporting solutions that turn raw data into actionable insights. In addition to
working with traditional BI tools, you will also leverage JavaScript and React to build
custom front-end interfaces and interactive dashboards. This role requires a deep
understanding of data modeling, database structures, and BI tools, as well as strong
analytical, communication and front-end development skills.

The salary range for this position is $86,500 – $108,000/year depending on experience. The
position is full-time (40 hours per week), year-round, with excellent benefits. Working in our
Silverthorne, Colorado office 2 days per week is preferred. Fully remote work will be

Key Responsibilities:Qualifications:
- Data Analysis and Reporting
- Collaborate with the BI Analyst and stakeholders to gather requirements and define key metrics, KPIs, and reporting needs
- Design and develop visually appealing, user-friendly reports and dashboard using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring data accuracy and relevancy
- Custom Front-End Development
- Build and maintain React applications to provide advanced data visualizations and interactive user experiences that extend beyond out-of-the-box BI tool and CRM functionality (HubSpot)
- Develop reusable components and modules in JavaScript (ES6 ) to ensure consistency and scalability across dashboards and web applications
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement responsive, intuitive, and accessible interfaces
- ETL Development
- Create and maintain efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to integrate data from various source systems into data warehouses or data lakes
- Optimize ETL workflows for performance and reliability while maintaining data integrity
- Data Modeling, Architecture and Performance Optimization
- Design logical and physical data models that align with organizational requirements and best practices
- Collaborate with the BI Analyst to ensure optimal database performance and scalability
- Optimize front-end code and data-fetching routines for faster load times and better user experience
- Education & Experience
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience (5 years) in BI development, web application development, data warehousing, or similar role
- Technical Skills
- Proficiency in SQL and database management systems (e.g. SQL Server, Oracle,
- Strong background in ETL processes
- Solid knowledge of JavaScript (ES6 ) and React, with experience building responsive, data-driven web applications
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end solutions with back-end services
- Familiarity with cloud hosting solutions such as AWS, Azure, etc
- Understanding of data modeling concepts and best practices in data warehousing
- Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, R) for data manipulation is a plus
