We currently have a position open for a Customer Service Representative at Keystone Turbine Services in Coatesville, PA.
Job Purpose

Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers regularly (weekly/daily) for updates on in-progress jobs via phone or email.
- Resolves customer inquiries related to jobs and quotes promptly.
- Manage customer quote approvals, re-quoting as necessary, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with production, shipping, warehouse, and common carriers to expedite or trace missing or delayed shipments.
- Ensure quotes are processed efficiently and within defined timeframes.
Essential Job Functions
- Collaborate effectively with other departments and individuals within the organization.
- Demonstrate strong computer skills, including proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business.
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Possess knowledge of repair, maintenance, and overhaul MRO processes.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Physical Demands: Requires sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Requires frequent walking, bending, and reaching to shoulder level. Requires occasional squatting, lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling weight up to 20 pounds. Requires repetitive hand movement. Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity. Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range.
Education/Training: High school Diploma; a college degree in a business-related field is preferred
Work Location: Keystone Turbine Services, Coatesville, PA
Experience: At least 3-5 years' experience in customer support roles.
