Cabinet Door Machining and Assembly
Keystone Wood Specialties is a wholesale wood components manufacturer serving the custom cabinet, furniture and remodeling industries for 50 years.
Keystone Wood Specialties has an immediate opening for a Cabinet door machining and Assembly individual.
In this role you will build doors by pulling matching panels, gluing end rails, compiling all the door materials and then inserting the door into the dusuett clamp. This position would also include cutting and building face frames and mitre doors to fit together correctly.
This position requires attention to detail, proper maintenance of tools/equipment and checking setups to ensure accuracy, quality and squareness of panels and doors.
The ability to follow customer work order specifications and maintain accurate paperwork is required. Ability to read work orders and accurately read a tape measure is required.
Must be able to stand or walk for long periods of time, lift and carry up to 60lbs and push or pull cart up to 100 lbs.
Prior woodworking experience is a plus, but on-the-job training is available to candidates with a great work ethic and a desire to learn these skills.
Cross training in department to learn coping rails or machining mitre door parts and mortise and tenoning face frames after initially learning position.
Ability to identify different wood species is beneficial.
This is a full-time, day-shift position. Monday-Friday 6:00 a.m. 2:30 p.m.
