Account Executive - Hospice and Home Care

The primary responsibility of this position is to grow the agency's client base within your assigned territory. You will be tasked to promote our high-quality healthcare services (Home Care, Palliative Home Care, Hospice, Private Duty) to prospective referral partners while providing account management to existing partners. Primary Job Responsibilities

• Promotes KeystoneCare services to new and existing clients and expand business reach through networking techniques
• Meets and exceeds territory growth targets
• Ability to travel independently in the community to attend meetings with referral sources and the public
• Demonstrates ability to develop basic clinical knowledge to support and present KeystoneCare's marketing activities and services
• Manages existing accounts to ensure continued and deepening partnership
• Coordinates post-acute discharge for homecare and hospice with case managers, discharge planners, social workers, and physicians to provide a seamless transition to home or SNF
• Regularly provides update to management team on prior period activities and upcoming marketing plan
• Ability to communicate at all levels with the healthcare community
• Develops and participates in Community education and outreach events
  
  
  

Requirements

• Prior Healthcare industry experience required; Including Hospice/Home Health
• College Degree from an accredited college and 2 plus years' experience and/or equivalent training
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Preferable work experience includes clinical work, customer service, or other sales experience
• Possess the ability to work under pressure and meet sales goals
• Well organized, with the ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple priorities
• Reliable vehicle
• Driver's License and Car Insurance in good standing
• Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination or an approved Medical or Religious exemption
• Proof of Influenza (Flu) Vaccination or an approved Medical or Religious exemption
