We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst with expertise in data analytics, reporting, and visualization to support business decision-making and policy development. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, Snowflake, and Genesys Cloud , with a focus on data modeling, reporting, and business intelligence .
Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze, model, and visualize complex datasets to provide insights for policy and business decision-making.
- Develop dashboards and reports using Python, SQL, Genesys Cloud, and Power BI to track regulatory reporting metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Lead data analytics initiatives for Amazon Connect and Clickstream Data Services (CDS) projects using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Balsamiq, LucidCharts, and DevOps .
- Design and implement data models to support business reporting and risk analysis for business-critical projects.
- Work with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications for data-driven solutions.
- Utilize Genesys Cloud, Snowflake, and Sumo Logic for analyzing operational and business data.
- Leverage reporting tools such as Power BI, Looker, Informatica PowerCenter, SAP SD, and Tableau to develop business intelligence solutions.
- Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes using Talend, Informatica, and Datastage .
- Manage and optimize data environments including PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, Teradata, Hive, and Impala .
- Work with AWS, Splunk, Dynatrace, and CRM Dynamics for cloud-based analytics and performance monitoring.
