ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Communicating with beneficiaries to guide them through the lease process.
- Drafting and finalizing residential leases.
- Coordinating and completing transaction closings.
- Assisting in orientation sessions and lease award events.
Must be able to start on March 3, 2025
DEPARTMENT: Department of Hawaiian Homelands Office
LOCATION: Kapolei, HI
SALARY RANGE: $50,000 – $85,000 per year depending on experience
