District Manager / Area Coach

Successful candidate MUST have prior experience leading multiple units with a solid track record of people development and results that consistently hit standard. Successful candidate must be someone that leads from the front and by example. Multi-unit experience in the restaurant or retail food is REQUIRED.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across multiple locations, ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.
- Lead and develop restaurant managers, fostering a culture of accountability and growth.
- Monitor and drive sales, profitability, and operational goals for each location.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards.
- Collaborate with teams to improve customer satisfaction and overall experience.
- Analyze business performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
- Develop and execute staffing plans to ensure optimal team performance and talent retention.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience managing multi-unit operations in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of P&L statements and financial performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to inspire and lead diverse teams.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills to assess operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Experience with recruiting, hiring, training, and performance management of staff.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field preferred (equivalent experience considered).
